Pokemon: Platinum Version

Pokémon Platinum Version is a role-playing video game developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. The game is set in the Sinnoh region . The player assumes the role of a young Pokémon Trainer who sets out on a journey between towns and routes , catching , training and battling Pokémon . Players strive to earn Gym Badges before facing the Elite Four and the Champion. Platinum adds new areas, characters, story events, and gameplay content to the Sinnoh adventure over Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. The Distortion World is one of the unique areas of the game, and is connected to the story of the Legendary Pokémon Giratina. Players can also explore caves, forests, cities, routes, and other environments while building a team of Pokémon. The Nintendo DS touchscreen provides additional menu and gameplay functions, while wireless features historically supported activities such as Pokémon battles and trading.
