Kirby Mass Attack Story

Kirby Mass Attack begins when the evil skeleton wizard Necrodeus attacks Kirby and breaks him into 10 pieces, scattering his being across the islands of the Dream Land. As ten tiny Kirbys, the player must guide this scattered swarm over a series of islands to defeat Necrodeus’s minions, restore Kirby’s full power, and stop Necrodeus from shrouding Dream Land in eternal darkness. In addition to this, the adventure will also include rescuing other kirbys hidden in each stage, adding to their swarm and their strength as they move towards the final showdown with Necrodeus.

Kirby Mass Attack Gameplay

Kirby Mass Attack swaps the series’ usual inhale-and-copy mechanic for a unique stylus-based swarm mechanic: Multi-Kirby Control: Control up to 10 Kirbys at the same time using the stylus — tap to command their movement, drag to create a formation and flick to hurl Kirbys at enemies or objects. Swarm Combat Attack enemies with several Kirbys at once to take them down Larger swarms can defeat more powerful enemies and reach secret areas. Kirby Recruitment: Save other Kirbys around each stage by defeating enemies or solving environmental puzzles, increasing your swarm up to a maximum of 10. Special Stage Mechanics: Some stages will require you to split your swarm into groups, create towers to reach higher platforms or coordinate Kirbys to solve physics-based puzzles. Sub-Games: Discover medals hidden in the main levels to unlock a range of stylus-controlled mini-games including a rhythm game, shooting gallery and strategy board game. Boss Battles Battle against massive, creative bosses that demand coordinated multi-Kirby attacks and precise stylus timing to defeat.
