Mario Party DS ROM Download for Nintendo DS (NDS) Story

One night five glowing objects fall out of the sky in the Mushroom Kingdom, one of which lands near Mario. The next day, Mario has called his friends together to discuss the object, when Kamek flies by dropping invitations. The invitations are from Bowser, who is throwing a feast at his castle for the purpose of redeeming himself for evil deeds in the past. But when they reach the castle it’s a trap. Bowser then uses his new Minimizer to shrink them all, and has Kamek throw them out of the castle after he steals the object Mario found, a Sky Crystal. Mario and his shrunken friends are determined to set things right and set out to reclaim the stolen Sky Crystals and make their way back to Bowser's Castle to settle the score once and for all. Mario and his friends have been shrunken for the whole adventure! Everyday locations have become scary places on five themed game boards, including Wiggler’s Garden and Toadette’s Music Room. After defeating Bowser, the crew takes back the stolen Sky Crystal, and the crystals connect to form a "crystal DS," unlocking the bonus puzzle mode Triangle Twisters.

Mario Party DS ROM Download for Nintendo DS (NDS) Gameplay

Mario Party DS plays very much like the previous Mario Party DS NDS ROM games, each player taking their turn moving around the board, then heading off to a minigame. There are over 70 minigames that make surprisingly clever use of the Nintendo DS touch screen, the microphone and standard buttons -- players fling huge hamburgers with the stylus, drag giant leaves aside in a forest race and blow down a giant Whomp. Mario Party DS has 8 playable characters, 5 board hosts and 1 boss per board. DS Download Play allows up to four players to play wirelessly with one game card. Game Moods: 1. Story Mode (SP): In this solo mode, Mario and his friends are shrunk down by Bowser. As players make their way to Bowser's castle, they must win first place on each game board, then beat the Boss Minigame for each board. Each board lasts for 10 turns, CPU characters are chosen at random, and Bonus Stars are not awarded. If a CPU player wins the board, they attempt to face the boss but lose, and the player has to play the board again. 2. Party Mode (1–4 Players): Compete against human or system-controlled players on a party board in a Battle Royale, Tag Battle, or Duel Battle.  3. Minigame Mode (1–4 Players): This mode draws upon the pool of 70+ minigames for challenges that don't take place on the game boards: Free Play, Step It Up, Battle Cup, Score Scuffle, Boss Bash, and Rocket Rascals.  4. Puzzle Mode (1–2 Players):  One or two human players can play six puzzle-action games. The first five return from earlier Mario Party games — Mario's Puzzle Party, Bob-omb Breakers, Piece Out, Block Star, and Stick & Spin — plus the touch-controlled Triangle Twisters, which has two play modes: Frenzy Mode and Focus Mode. In Frenzy Mode, players clear the field by twisting triangles so they connect with those of the same color; in Focus Mode, they twist them to build complex shapes like turtles and pinwheels.  5. Extra Mode (Multiplayer Exclusive) : A multiplayer-exclusive mode featuring Pen Pals and Desert Duel, for cooperative and competitive play respectively, playable via DS Download Play from a single Game Card.

Mario Party DS ROM Download for Nintendo DS (NDS) Installation Guide

Just download a supported emulator (melonDS, DeSmuME or DraStic) from its romlibrary.com. To install the emulator, run the setup file (PC) or install the APK from a trusted source such as Google Play Store (Android). Find your BIOS files (optional, but recommended) melonDS and DeSmuME can run without the official BIOS files, but running with your own dumped BIOS will improve the accuracy. Load your legally dumped ROM file by using the emulator's "Open ROM" or "Load Game" option. Configure input settings Map your keyboard, controller or touchscreen to the DS’s dual screen and stylus controls. Adjust display settings — most emulators let you view both DS screens vertically, horizontally, or on a single combined display. Test audio and microphone settings, as many Mario Party DS minigames use mic input (you can generally remap mic-based minigames to a button press instead). Save your config and start the game.
